Gill leads CDP’s strategy for philanthropic and government funding. She joined CDP in 2019, co-leading the growth of these multi-million-dollar income streams. Gill has over 20 years in the international development and environment sector with experience across fundraising, change management and humanitarian operations. She has also run her own fundraising consultancy and set up and lead an environmental education charity.
