Senior Analyst, Technical, CSTAR
Who you are
- You have 1-2 years of experience or understanding of sustainability with a particular focus on climate change, science-based targets and net zero
- You have exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of multiple workstreams and priorities
- You have the ability to work independently, solve problems and re-prioritize tasks effectively
- You have a high level of self-motivation and drive
- You are a team player with the ability to work under pressure
- You are attentive to detail and commitment to achieving high standards
Your day-to-day
- You will support the ongoing development and refinement of the Public Authorities questionnaire and associated guidance for this new pillar for CDP;
- You will provide technical support to local governments and public authorities in North America associated with their disclosure to CDP through established services like score feedback and Response Check calls, and identify new areas for technical support;
- You will facilitate consultations and prepare guidance documents, presentations and present information internally and externally to stakeholders that supports CDP local government disclosure
- You will support a subset of local governments in North America to set Science-based Targets;
- You will work very closely with the North American CDP’s Cities, States and Regions engagement team leads to ensure stakeholder requirements are reflected in the technical work;
- The precise description and nature of your job may be varied from time to time, and you may be required to carry out other duties as necessary to meet business needs

- Compensation. We offer a competitive NGO salary. The salary range for the Senior Analyst, Technical, CSTAR role is $50,000 to $57,000.
