Several CDP systems will be unavailable between April 2 and 15 as we complete essential technical work ahead of our new CDP Portal launch. The CDP website will not be affected during this time.
The CDP Help Center and Knowledge Base articles will be unavailable during this time. Also, users will be unable to contact My Support to open or access ongoing cases.
Our Portal and dashboards will be unavailable during this time. Please download any relevant data or products from your dashboard that you’ll need during this period, before April 2.
The current ORS will no longer be available from April 2, as part of our new Portal launch. Our new Portal will have new features to help streamline disclosure.
