ASSOCIATE,
CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT
Who you are
- You are passionate about mitigating the climate crisis, reducing deforestation, and/or improving water security through direct corporate action and engagement
- You have demonstrable knowledge about the impacts that corporations and supply chains have on the environment
- You have an interest in using and maintaining data and databases
- You have project management and/or project coordination experience
- You have the desire and ability to improve and streamline processes to achieve program goals more efficiently
- You are attentive to details, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- You are proficient with MS Office 365
Your day-to-day
- Managing local disclosure engagement support inbox and crafting accurate, high-quality responses to a variety of disclosure engagement inquiries.
- Supporting content creation and inter-team collaboration
- Developing and maintaining disclosure engagement protocols, procedures, and tools
- You will help maintain our customer relationship management database
- You will develop and update Corporate Engagement team tracking systems for corporate disclosure, action, member renewal and sales
- You will conduct data analysis to facilitate corporate engagement goals around disclosure, action and targeted sales outreach
- You will provide ad hoc support for other projects as necessary
Bonus points
- You are a self-starter with an ability to come up to speed quickly and independently
- You are familiar client relationship management systems, and/or other analytic platforms
- You are an excellent communicator via email, highly organized, and adept at process development and improvement.
- You hold a degree or equivalent professional experience in a subject relating to environment sustainability or sustainable business

- Compensation. We offer a competitive NGO salary plus an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for the Associate role is $45,000 - $50,000.
