Global Director of Disclosure Management

Steve is the Global Director of Disclosure Management at CDP and leads the Disclosure Operations Team, the Scoring & Scoring Methodology Team and the Operational Planning, Reporting, Change and Process Improvement Team.

Steve has over 30 years of work experience, mostly working on IT and business functions in the implementation of large scale and complex change in various companies. His experience covers different industry sectors (UK Government, Defence, Home Office, Water, Media Publishing). Steve has hands-on experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, developer, live support management, test management, project and programme management, so has covered all aspects of the end-to-end IT development lifecycle. Steve is an accomplished, delivery-driven leader who understands the critical success factors of implementing quality change, on time and to budget.

Steve holds many practical qualifications at practitioner level such as Managing Successful Programmes, Prince2, Diplomas in both Business and Systems Analysis, ISTQB and CMI Level 5 in Testing, and ITIL in Service Management. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
