CDP Portal opens for disclosers
Please note, this information is updated on an ongoing basis.
This guide outlines the key steps to disclose as a company through CDP, including setting up a CDP account, accessing the CDP Portal, and responding to the CDP questionnaire. You can see the key dates for the 2024 disclosure cycle, further below.
We have also developed a set of tutorial videos to help you familiarize yourself with the new Portal and disclosure process.
You should have received an email from CDP inviting you to sign into the new Portal – otherwise you can sign into the Portal directly. Follow the instructions in the email to sign in to the Portal or read our knowledge article outlining the steps to access the Portal as a previous user.
Once you are set up, you can also invite colleagues to access your organization’s account on the Portal. See more detailed instructions on how to add or edit a team member in our knowledge article.
You will need to complete the Register to Disclose form to gain access to the Portal. This form is for:
Once you have been added to the disclosing organization as a new user, you will then be able to disclose through CDP. See our knowledge article on how to register to disclose as a new user. This process is essential to ensure you are linked to the right organization.
If you have not received a request to disclose through CDP but would like to do so, you can register to disclose voluntarily (as a self-selected company, or SSC). Please complete the Register to Disclose form to register your interest and gain access to the Portal.
Once you have gained access, watch our step-by-step tutorials or read our knowledge article on how to navigate the Portal.
The Portal contains key information about your organization’s disclosure, such as which people in your organization have access to the Portal and who has requested your organization to disclose. You can also view and update your organization’s details including your name, logo and organization description.
For more detailed information on all of the steps outlined above, please refer to our help article on onboarding steps for companies.
At this point, you can begin answering the questionnaire as part of your CDP disclosure.
You can find more information about completing your questionnaire(s) and submitting your response, as well as further guidance for disclosing companies, by accessing our knowledge articles in the CDP Help Center.
If you are eligible to pay an admin fee to disclose, you will need to do this before submitting your response.

We offer several opportunities for you to provide feedback about your CDP disclosure experience, to help us make improvements for future cycles.
After your disclosure, your organization’s Main User and Disclosure Primary Contact will receive a Post Disclosure Survey via email.
If you didn't disclose, but were requested to, you may receive a Non-Responder Survey. Your feedback will help us understand and tackle the barriers that companies face when it comes to environmental disclosure.
You can provide feedback at any time via our General Feedback Form. You can also rate the Knowledge Base articles within our Help Center as you use these.
